01. The first conversation
No pressure. No agenda. Just an honest conversation about your home.
We want to understand your home, your vision, and your budget — and we'll tell you honestly whether we think we're the right fit for your project.
This consultation is free and without obligation. It usually takes place at our Llantwit Major studio, though we're happy to visit your home if that suits you better.
02. Design
As many options as you need.
Jo will create multiple design concepts for your space, presented in 3D CAD drawings with full material specifications. This is not a “cookie-cutter" presentation. The design process is bespoke, collaborative and given time to develop. Complex projects it can take weeks or even months. That's not bad time keeping, that's how good design works.
03. Scope, Budget and schedule
Everything agreed before a single tool is lifted.
You receive a detailed Schedule of Works and a fully transparent cost breakdown. No hidden extras. No financial surprises. Structural coordination and planning liaison handled at this stage if required.
04. The Build and Installation
Fully managed. One point of contact.
You deal with Jo, not individual trades people. Jo manages the site, resolves every issue, and keeps you informed throughout.
05. The Handover
We won't walk away until every detail is right
A full snagging inspection before we consider any project complete. Your satisfaction and love for your new space is the only measure we use.
