We can help when you take on a large scale project
Transforming homes throughout South Wales
Some projects are too large and too interconnected to build room by room. We take on whole-house renovations where the design logic flows through the entire property. From the kitchen that anchors the ground floor to the bathrooms above it, the bedroom layouts, the home office, and every living space in between.
A whole-house renovation draws on every discipline we practice. Rather than briefing multiple contractors and hoping they align, you work with a single design team who hold the complete picture throughout the process. Our project management service keeps things simple for you. We coordinate everyone in line with a pre-defined schedule. So you can sit back an watch the magic happen.
Kitchen design & installation
The heart of the home, designed to anchor the entire ground floor plan.
Bathroom installation
Talented multi-trade installation team for fantastic results.
Bedroom furniture & storage
Fitted and freestanding solutions that follow the design, not the catalogue.
Living spaces
Media walls, modular storage, bookshelving, coherent across the property.
Home office
Purpose-designed workspaces that earn their square footage.
Space planning
Floor-plan thinking before any product is specified. Design leads, furniture follows.
Extensions
An extension isn't just additional square footage. It's a change to how your home functions, how it flows and how every room it connects to is used. Done well, it makes the whole property work better. Done without any design thought and it simply adds a room.
We work on extensions as part of whole-house projects, where the new space is conceived alongside the rooms it serves. The kitchen that opens into a rear extension. The bedroom wing that reorganises the first floor. The garden room that finally gives the family somewhere to actually be together.
We can build the structure or work with your building team. Our focus will always be on fantastic design and precise installation.
An extension brings together several professionals. Our role begins with the interior but we understand the wider picture and make sure everyone is working from the same page.
The best time to involve an interior designer in an extension project is before planning is submitted, not after the builder has started.
The process follows the same five stages as any project we undertake. The scale simply means we're doing more of it simultaneously and with closer coordination across trades.
01
Discovery consultation
We visit your property and talk through what you're hoping to achieve. We do this room by room and as a whole. We listen more than we talk at this stage.
02
Concept and space planning
We develop a whole-property design concept. We look at how the spaces connect, where the design logic carries through and how the budget is allocated across rooms.
03
Specification and supplier engagement
Products, materials, finishes, and appliances are specified and ordered. We manage all supplier relationships on your behalf.
04
Trade coordination and installation
Our team leads installation across the property, coordinating with any specialist trades and your architect or engineer where applicable. No unapproved work is ever carried out.
05
Completion and handover
We don't consider a project complete until every room meets the standard our design required.
Whole-house renovations are complex projects. The earlier we're involved, the better the outcome.
