Most bathroom companies separate design from installation. You deal with a designer, then hand over to a team you've never met. We work differently. Jo designs your bathroom and our own team installs it. The same people. The same standards. The same care about the result.

How it Works

We visit your bathroom and listen to your needs

Jo comes to your home, takes detailed measurements and talks about how you use the space and what you'd change if you could. This initial conversation is free and carries no obligation.

design options presented in 3D

Jo returns with fully rendered 3D visualisations, including layouts, finishes and fittings. You can see exactly what your bathroom will look like before a single tile is ordered. We refine until every detail is right.

Specification, schedule and transparent costing

Before any work begins, you receive a full specification document and a clear cost breakdown covering everything we can see and plan for. Renovations occasionally uncover things hidden behind walls, floors and ceilings (redundant pipework, previous repairs, structural surprises) that no survey can predict. If that happens, we tell you immediately, explain the options clearly and agree any additional cost with you before proceeding. You will never receive an invoice for work we haven't discussed and you haven't approved.

Installation: our team, from start to finish

Our installation team begins on a confirmed date and works through to completion. Jo oversees progress throughout. You deal with us not with individual plumbers, electricians and tilers coordinated separately.

Snagging and handover

We carry out a thorough snagging inspection before we call the project complete. We do not consider a bathroom finished until you are genuinely happy with every detail.

Bathroom design and installation

We'd had bad experiences with tradespeople before and were nervous. Jo managed everything. We didn't have to speak to a single fitter ourselves. The bathroom is better than anything we'd imagined.

No. We take care of everything for you. We work with trusted suppliers to source high-quality products, including tiles, fixtures, fittings, and furniture.

Will I be left without a bathroom during the renovation?

We understand the importance of minimising disruption. If your home has only one bathroom, we’ll work with you to find practical solutions, such as temporary facilities or phased work in order to keep inconvenience to a minimum.
