As a website user, we will not share your information with any third party. Should your status change from website user to paying customer, it may be necessary to share your details. Please see the “Paying Customer” section for more information.

How we keep your information safe

We are committed to keeping your information safe and secure. We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. All of our computers and devices use security passwords and are locked when not in use. All external storage devices are kept behind a locked door when not in use. Any cloud storage we use is also secured behind the latest password technology.

Newsletter

Occasionally Your Space Living Ltd. produces a newsletter to inform customers and prospects of new products or offers that come onto the market. We use MailChimp to handle email distribution. They store all of the newsletter email addresses on their own systems. We have specifically chosen MailChimp due to their ongoing commitment to online privacy.

Paying customers

If you have purchased a new kitchen, home renovation or design services from Your Space Living Ltd. Your status moves from a website user to a paying customer. In order for us to complete the contract you have entered into, we require a full list of contact details.

We would only pass on your contact information if we were using a third party supplier or delivery service or to engage the services of a specialist sub-contractor. We would discuss this with you in person before taking any action. All of our recommended sub-contractors will sign a non-disclosure agreement before we pass them your details.

We are required by law to keep basic information about our customer and the related transaction for six years. This is a taxation requirement and completely outside of our control.

In addition, we may disclose your personal information to the extent that we are required to do so by law

As a paying customer, you are welcome to inspect the information we hold on record. Should your situation change, we would be happy to make changes to your information. Simply get in touch and we will respond accordingly.

Where legally possible, we also offer clients the option to have their details anonymised.

Videos

Video is a fantastic way for us to inform you of our products and services. However, in order for the video player to work correctly, it must communicate with it’s hosting platform. We use Vimeo, You Tube and Wistia to host our videos. We use the most secure privacy options with our embedded videos but it is likely that some data is transferred from your browser to the host.
