Mr and Mrs Greaney owned a stunning penthouse overlooking Cardiff Bay, let down by one thing: a dated, badly designed developer's kitchen in bright red gloss that wasted every inch of a genuinely small space. The brief was tight in every sense — maximise storage, and work around stone worktops and wall tiles the clients loved and wanted to keep.
That kind of constraint is exactly where a proper design process earns its keep. We specified a German cabinet from the Lima range in Belfort Oak with Nova Stone Grey wall units. A full handleless design wasn't possible in the space, but our German factory's alternative delivered the same contemporary finish. Our installers built the new kitchen precisely around the existing worktops and tiling, with millimetre-perfect planning rather than compromise.
The result speaks for itself: when the Greaneys later sold the apartment, it went to the first viewer at full asking price, and the kitchen was cited as a major factor in the sale.
