En-suite shower room in Llantwit Major

This ensuite shower room was part of an incredible journey for Mr and Mrs Evans, whose Llantwit Major home — the same house we'd already transformed with a new family kitchen — had suffered a catastrophic flood, damaging almost every room including the master bedroom ensuite. It needed a complete overhaul.

With the layout staying exactly as it was, the design process focused purely on colour, pattern and the right products to bring the room back to life. Mrs Evans loves green, so we specified powerful Jade Green metro tiles in a vertical pattern, contrasted with a patterned tile for the floor and recess niches — a striking effect that adds real character to a room that's often the most overlooked in the house.
