Kitchen renovation - Swansea coastline

Tracey's home sits right on the beautiful Mumbles coastline near Swansea. In many ways this was the perfect house for her lifestyle. Unfortunately her kitchen wasn’t up to scratch. Outdated and cramped would have been a kind description. Tracey knew it was time for real change. So, she asked Jo Buckerfield and the Your Space Living team to help.

The solution was to remove the structural partition wall entirely, opening the space into a genuinely practical kitchen diner. As with every Your Space Living project, we took on the whole job. Design, build, install and everything in between.


Tracey chose a modern Pronorm kitchen in Lava and Oak Sepia, a striking combination that comes alive as light floods into the newly opened space. Royal Reef Silestone worktops add a bright, durable and hygienic surface, while a large Oak Sepia breakfast bar gives Tracey the social space she wanted. A bold Liquid Marble feature wall, chosen after Tracey made clear she wanted real impact, finishes the room in style. The result: a spectacular coastal kitchen Tracey genuinely loves.
