Luxury ensuite in grey and white

After we completed their kitchen back in 2014, Mr and Mrs Arnold returned to Your Space Living for their ensuite shower room — proof that clients trust us to look after more than just one room in their home. Their previous ensuite had only lasted a few years before wearing out, so this time the priority was different: a low-maintenance, genuinely contemporary design built to actually stand the test of time, not just look good on day one.

This was never going to be a simple rip-out-and-replace. We reversed the entire layout, swapping the shower and sink to make far better use of the room, and built false walls to hide unsightly soil pipes that had previously been left on show. Every wall was fully tiled floor to ceiling, with the toilet centred precisely on the window and bespoke recessed shelving lined up exactly with the tile grid — the kind of millimetre-precise planning that separates a genuinely professional fit from a quick refresh.

The walk-in shower was finished with a full waterproof tanking membrane beneath Kaope Slate Grey tiling and Zante mosaic detail, so the room is as watertight and durable as it is stylish. A hidden cistern and a double sink complete a bathroom designed for real, everyday family use — not just for the photographs.
