Traditional solid oak kitchen

Mr and Mrs Rowlands had their hearts set on a fantastic traditional kitchen, and that's exactly what Your Space Living delivered. A brand new range-style cooker and a Belfast sink were non-negotiables from the start, matched beautifully with solid oak cabinet doors, Silestone Cemento Spa worktops and Bristol Grey tiles to complete the country feel.

As always, there was far more to the job than the kitchen itself. This was a full home refurbishment on a property badly in need of TLC, including knocking two rooms into one. This was a structural change that called for a genuine project management service. We coordinated builders, electricians and plumbers throughout. Each tradesperson working to Your Space Living's design specification and under strict building control. The same kitchen theme was carried through into the utility room and downstairs cloakroom, so the whole ground floor feels considered as one project rather than a series of separate jobs.

Lighting and electrical specification were designed in-house, while a specialist was brought in for handmade window blinds. This kind of detail only gets addressed when someone is genuinely managing every element of a renovation. Mr and Mrs Rowlands were delighted with the result and have since recommended Your Space Living to friends of their own.
